Keep an eye on your inbox (and your junk/spam folder just in case). You’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started, including:

  • How to download and log into your FitnessMaestra app

  • Important on-boarding forms to fill out (this helps me tailor your training to your goals!)

Fill Out Your Forms

Take a few minutes to complete the online forms linked in the email. This includes your fitness background, any injuries or preferences, and your goals. The more I know, the better I can coach you!

Explore Your App

Jump into the app and explore your first workout to get used to the controls. It’s simple, and I’ll guide you every step of the way.
