People often ask me what the best workout is. Strength training? Running? Pilates? HYROX? The honest answer is simple. The best workout is the one you'll continue doing six months from now. Motivation Helps... Consistency gets you there.
Motivation gets a lot of credit. And to be fair, it can be powerful. Wanting to improve, reach the next level or achieve something meaningful can absolutely get you started.
